Dag Erik Pedersen used to attract investors.

The online newspaper NA24 has in several articles written about a 57-year-old Norwegian citizen who feels cheated and has gone to several police reports after buying shares for a significant million.

He has previously told how in 2012 he was invited on a trip to London with, among others, Jarl Moe, the financial acrobat Kristian Helgesen and the former English national team manager in football, Sven Gøran "Svennis" Eriksson.

Now he says that after first buying shares, he was constantly offered new investment opportunities by Jarl Moe.

- After the London trip, I received an e-mail from Jarl Moe, the Norwegian says to Nettavisen NA24.

Quick start

In the e-mail that Nettavisen NA24 owns, Jarl Moe wants the Norwegian to spit money into the Maltese company Sarepta Securities.

- Absolutely all business like "Svennis", you and I do, we drive through Malta already from next week, writes Moe.

This was to be the parent company for a number of companies in other countries. Malta is chosen to escape with minimal tax.

In the e-mail, Moe says that in addition to the two, there is also someone else who will be there, and that is "Svennis". Moe is selling the project with the expectation of a commission in Malta of 3-5 million dollars this year. The investment is described as risk-free.

However, the Norwegian, who has already invested a million in shares sold by Moe, is lukewarm to invest more.

- Sugar the pill

In a telephone conversation, Moe then begins to mention another famous Norwegian.

- Jarl suddenly started talking about the Norwegian cyclist Dag Erik Pedersen, and that he should join.

Pedersen was mentioned by Moe as someone who was to be part of a rehabilitation center called Teo in Cyprus, which was one of the companies under the Malta company.

A few days later, he receives a new email from Moe.

This contains several photos and a lot of information about Dag Erik Pedersen, and was sent to Moe by Pedersen himself.

- My clear opinion is that Dag Erik Pedersen was pulled forward to make me spend money on this here. Why else would he send me the email?

- But I have no suspicion at all that he is involved in this. I think he is another person who has been abused by Jarl Moe, says the Norwegian.

- Abused

Dag Erik Pedersen is one of the best cyclists in Norwegian history with 43 professional victories behind him. After his professional career, he started working as a journalist, and since 1996 he has been with NRK. Before that he was on TV Norway.

At NRK, he has, among other things, led broadcasts during a number of Olympic and World Cup championships. He has four times been named presenter of the year in the category news and sports presenters and has been appointed ambassador for foreign languages in Norway, as part of the European Culture Prize. In recent years, he has been most profiled as a presenter in the NRK series Mesternes Mester.

Pedersen states that he has only met Jarl Moe by chance on 2-3 occasions during the last 15 years. The last time was on the pier in Helgeroa a few years ago.

- Jarl Moe mentioned something about a scheme that he would get to Cyprus. Is not able to remember what it was specifically about. Jarl Moe may have asked what I thought about it without me fully remembering the details. Svennis may well have been mentioned. This was just an informal summer chat, says Pedersen to Nettavisen NA24.

As for the email, it was not a center in Cyprus that was the reason

- What I know for sure is that Jarl Moe told about lectures he gave in London and wondered if it was interesting to me. So he got my email address and I sent him a link to Wikipedia and some pictures.

- Do you feel abused, if your name has been used to get others to invest in Sarepta Securities?

- Yes, absolutely. I feel really abused, says Pedersen.

Svennis denies

Jarl Moe has been reported by a number of people in England and Sweden for economic crime. Moe is alleged to have cheated more than five million euros, or 40 million kroner. During a two-year period from 2011 to 2013, Moe cultivated close friendships with "Svennis".

Sven Gøran "Svennis" Eriksson has previously told Nettavisen NA24 that he was promised a commission by Jarl Moe, but that he has not received a penny.

In the e-mail Jarl Moe sent to the Norwegian, Moe writes that the fitness center in Cyprus is a large project and that "Svennis" will be president.

The Swedish football coach has previously admitted to Nettavisen NA24 that he should receive a commission from Jarl Moe.

He denies that he was meant to be the head of the center in Cyprus.

- I've heard of it, but nothing more.

- You were supposed to be president there, right?

- No no no no. It is not true. I heard talk of a hospital or something, but I do not know anything more about anything, says the Swede.

DJ for Pyramid King

Jarl Moe is a former DJ who first settled down by starting music sales through HS records, an abbreviation for "House Specialist". Here he sold imported music in his own shops.

Then he joined the pyramid giant The 5 Percent Community (T5PC). In connection with T5PC, it is estimated that as many as 70,000 Norwegians participated and multiple millions disappeared.

In pyramid circles, however, he only really became known when T5PC leader Jørn Ronnie Tagge hired him as general manager of Owners Group International, which was Tagge's new start after the collapse of T5PC. Owners Group achieved a market value of NOK 2.5 billion before it went under. Along the way, celebrities, P4, a bank and a pharmaceutical company were abused.

Since then, Moe has moved to Cyprus and, among other things, made a living teaching people how to avoid paying taxes, through the company TaxWizards. Among other things, he has also given several lectures on the topic.

- Do not remember

Moe has the following comments:

- I do not remember what you refer to, says Jarl Moe to Nettavisen NA24.

Moe believes that the Norwegian who has reported him is playing a victim in the press and that he speaks "about things he knows nothing about and he has never been a part of".

- Svennis and Dag Erik Pedersen as honest, good, skilled and professional people have experience from the sports world and may have been asked for advice and thoughts on a project for five minutes, but have never been involved in the Teo project, says Moe

- The Teo project was, and is, a good project that can help many people with rehabilitation, an area that is badly needed in Cyprus, Moe claims.

Bought Johnsen Oil

The Norwegian was introduced to Jarl Moe by another Norwegian, Stein Elling Wirum.

Wirum himself has been reported to the police for gross fraud after he sold Johnsen Oil shares to the same man.

The online newspaper NA24 has in a number of articles written about the company with almost zero turnover, which is linked to convicted and falsified reports. The company has been priced at many billions of kroner, shares have been sold at sky-high prices and the technical director has said that everything is a scam.
