Kristian Helgesen Previously Convicted of Fraud Charged in Sweden for Illegal Stock Sales

Kristian HelgesenConvicted of fraud Kristian Helgesen has been reported by a Norwegian citizen living in Sweden.

For having sold shares he does not own.

The previously convicted Norwegian fraudster, Kristian Helgesen, has now been reported to the police in Sweden. He has been reported by a Norwegian citizen for serious fraud for selling shares and distribution agreements he does not own. With this, Helgesen is the third Norwegian to have been reported in Sweden. Previously, the online newspaper NA24 reported that both Stein Elling Wirum and Jarl Moe have been reported by the same Norwegian for stock sales in the million class.

Specifically, it is stock sales related to the company Tromeron LLC for which Helgesen has been reported. During the sale, it was falsely claimed that Tromeron had distribution agreements which it actually did not have.

Dispute in another company

Kristian Helgesen is also accused of selling shares in a company called Loopium, which is supposed to be entirely owned by Swedes Sebastian Greenwood and Björn Thomas. The Swedes' German lawyer, Martin Breidenbach, has sent a letter addressed to Helgesen, where he is immediately asked to stop selling Loopium shares.

Extensive case

The online newspaper NA24 has for a long time written about various companies where several previously convicted Norwegians have been active in buying and selling shares.

Most of the companies have zero or almost zero kroner in revenue, but are priced in the hundreds of millions and in some cases billions of kroner.

Documents have been manipulated, patents have not existed, and several advisors have apparently been misled. Most of the buyers are uninformed small investors in Norway, Sweden, the USA, and Germany.
