Oda was researching a story on Jarl Moe as it turns out this is NOT the first time he has been involved with a ponzi scheme.

This is a ponzi scheme in Norway called The Five Percent Comnmunity (T5PC) they scam, med Norwegians out of millons.

It makes for very sad reading.
Jarl has been taught all about this by Kristian Helgesen who himself has a long list of victims in Norway and now lives with Jarl Moe in Cyprus.
