Jarl Moe and Kristian Helgesen are threatened with a million penalties.

The online newspaper NA24 has for a long time written about various companies where several previously convicted Norwegians have been active in buying and selling shares. Most companies have zero or almost zero kroner in turnover, but are priced at hundreds of millions and in some cases billions of kroner.

Documents have been tampered with, patents have not existed and several advisers have apparently been misled. Most of the buyers are ignorant small savers in Norway, Sweden, the USA and Germany.

The online newspaper NA24 has in several articles mentioned former convict Kristian Helgesen and the former pyramid top Jarl Moe. Helgesen has been involved in the sale of shares in the company Johnsen Oil and Jarl Moe has been reported to the police in both Sweden and England for gross fraud.

The Swedes Sebastian Greenwood and Björn Thomas own the company Loopium, which handles money transfers and sells prepaid credit cards.

They have previously hired Moe and Helgesen to raise money, and according to what Nettavisen NA24 experiences, they have been friends.

But now things may indicate that the relationship has soured considerably.

Lawyer Threat

The Swedes' German lawyer Martin Breidenbach has in fact sent a letter addressed to Helgesen and Moe, in which they are immediately asked to stop selling Loopium shares.

Breidenbach writes that Jarl Moe and Kristian Helgesen have no authority to sell shares in Loopium.

They are told to stop all activity and not start it up again, unless they want to avoid a fine of 500,000 euros, just over four million kroner.

Sebastian Greenwood and Björn Thomas have also made a statement, in which they say that Helgesen and Moe should first raise capital, but that the contract was terminated.

They say that they were not aware of Helgesen and Moe's past and that the Norwegian duo has continued to sell shares in the company even after the license was withdrawn.

- Did not receive the letter

Kristian Helgesen has not responded to Nettavisen NA24's inquiries.

The former DJ and pyramid leader Jarl Moe, who is alleged to have cheated over five million euros, or 40 million kroner, has the following comments after Nettavisen NA24 has shown him the letter.

- I can not comment on an alleged unprofessionally written letter that I have not received - and I wonder why you have a letter addressed to me? asks Moe.

- On the whole, however, I can say that if a company had sent me a "Cease and Desist" letter, my lawyers would have responded properly and professionally to the accusations, and we would have acted accordingly.

- My company has many loyal customers and companies in international business, who have known me for years, who focus on real business and trust that I am innocent in the accusations that are currently swirling around in the media, the Norwegian continues.

- I have many offers of good projects that require my assistance, so why should I go around and work with agreements or companies that do not want our help? It seems completely incomprehensible to me.

- But what I understand is that there are many false rumors about me, distributed by people who have their own selfish agenda and by using other well-known names they manage to get such gossip printed in the press, says Moe.

Will close hate blog

Martin Breidenbach has sent the letters, which are addressed to both Moe and Helgesen, in an e-mail to the Australian Neil Asher

Asher is behind several blogs where he warns in harsh words against the Norwegians. One of these is called Loopium Scam.

Kristian Helgesen

Asher claims that he has been cheated for several hundred thousand kroner through an online system for currency speculation, established by Vestfold man Jarl Moe. In the marketing of the concept, enormous returns per month without risk are predicted.

- I will pursue Moe and Helgesen in the grave, Asher says to Nettavisen NA24.

The lawyer writes in the e-mail that the company has major problems with Helgesen and Moe, and that he is preparing legal action against the Norwegians, for having sold shares in the company and abuse of the brand.

Breidenbach also asks Asher to remove the blog, and thereby cooperate with them against Helgesen and Moe.

- I hope that with this email you understand that we all have the same intention - and will please ask you to take down the blog. We also want you to remove the image of Mr. Thomas, writes Martin Breidenbach in the email.

However, Neil Asher does not intend to follow the call.

- I'm not going to close the page. They have nothing to risk, says Asher.
